This notice explains how Sage Ocean Draftworks, LLC handles information connected to AtticusBeta.

Information you provide

AtticusBeta may store account details, email address, profile information, workspaces, messages, uploaded files, generated images, saved outputs, contacts, internal messages, comments, app install choices, usage records, billing status, and settings.

Information created by use

The service may record usage counts, plan limits, active and archived workspace status, file metadata, timestamps, device/browser details, error logs, and security events so the app can run, enforce limits, show remaining credits, and support troubleshooting.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the service, authenticate users, maintain workspaces, process files, return AI-assisted responses, generate images, display usage and billing status, handle comments and support requests, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

AtticusBeta may rely on infrastructure, authentication, storage, payment, email, search, Atticus processing, and hosting providers. Content may be sent to those providers only as needed to provide the requested feature, maintain the service, process billing, or comply with law.

Billing data

Payment details are processed by the payment provider. AtticusBeta stores billing status, customer/subscription identifiers, plan information, and related account records, but should not store full card numbers.

User controls

Settings may allow export of account information, review of usage, plan management, app install management, and data or deletion requests. Archived workspaces are not deleted. They are preserved unless you delete them or request account deletion.

Security

Sage Ocean Draftworks, LLC uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the service. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so users should avoid uploading information they do not want processed through the service or do not have the right to use.

Children

AtticusBeta is not intended for children under 13. Users should not create accounts for children or upload children’s personal information unless they have authority to do so and the use is lawful.

Changes and contact

This notice may be updated as AtticusBeta is maintained. Privacy questions and data requests can be submitted through the Comment button inside the app or through the contact methods published by Sage Ocean Draftworks, LLC.
