Refund Policy

Free accounts do not require payment. Paid subscriptions and paid add-ons renew unless cancelled according to the billing flow shown at checkout or in account billing controls.

Subscriptions

Subscription changes, cancellations, credits, and prorations may be handled through the billing provider. Whether a proration applies can depend on the billing settings and the timing of the change.

Refund requests

Refund requests should include the account email, charge date, amount, plan or add-on involved, and a clear explanation of the issue. Sage Ocean Draftworks, LLC reviews refund requests manually and aims to treat users fairly, especially during beta.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds may be denied for abuse, fraud, repeated refund misuse, violations of the Terms, or heavy use of paid credits after purchase. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
