Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of AtticusBeta, a workspace, file, messaging, app, and AI-assisted productivity service owned and operated by Sage Ocean Draftworks, LLC.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use AtticusBeta only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.

Workspaces and content

Workspaces may include conversations, notes, uploaded files, generated images, contacts, internal messages, saved outputs, settings, and related project material. You must only upload or share content that you own, are authorized to use, or have a lawful right to process through the service.

AI-assisted outputs

AtticusBeta can summarize, draft, analyze, search, organize, generate images, and assist with other tasks. AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, sending, or using them.

Prohibited use

You may not use AtticusBeta to break the law, violate another person’s rights, harass or abuse others, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or attack the service, evade limits, misuse payment systems, or submit content that you are not allowed to process.

Plans, subscriptions, and add-ons

Plan limits apply to active workspaces, messages, searches, file analysis, image generations, research use, storage, and other tools shown in the app. Paid plans and paid app add-ons renew on a subscription basis unless cancelled. Any paid add-on should disclose its monthly cost and any added credits before installation.

Beta changes

AtticusBeta is an active subscription service. Features, limits, app categories, pricing, layouts, and availability may change as the service is maintained and improved. Sage Ocean Draftworks, LLC may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed.

Intellectual property

Sage Ocean Draftworks, LLC owns AtticusBeta, its name, design, interface, code, branding, and service structure. You retain your rights in content you upload, subject to the permission needed for AtticusBeta and its service providers to store, process, transmit, display, and use that content to provide the service.

AtticusBeta does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, engineering, safety, or other licensed professional advice. High-stakes use should be reviewed by a qualified professional.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sage Ocean Draftworks, LLC disclaims warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, perfect accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for AtticusBeta during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
